Thank you for shopping at Ceiofemall. We are committed to delivering your order accurately and in a timely manner. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Free Shipping: All orders with a subtotal of $49.00 or more (after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can monitor your package directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ceiofemall is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to a wide range of international destinations. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal peaks, extreme weather, or customs clearance procedures.
5. Damages & Missing Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
